Compassionate Home Care, Built Around You
Kindlio was founded on a simple belief: that every person deserves to grow older, recover, or live with a long-term condition in the comfort and familiarity of their own home — surrounded by the people, possessions, and routines that make a house feel like home. We are a CQC-registered domiciliary care provider serving families across South West and West London, and our mission is to make excellent home care accessible, dependable, and genuinely kind.
We know that inviting a carer into a loved one's home is a decision rarely taken lightly. Families come to us at moments that matter — after a hospital discharge, following a dementia diagnosis, during a period of recovery, or simply when day-to-day life becomes harder to manage alone. In every one of these moments, our role is the same: to listen carefully, to plan thoughtfully, and to deliver personal care with the warmth and professionalism we would want for our own families.
Our person-centred care model is what sets Kindlio apart. Rather than fitting clients into a fixed schedule, we build each care plan around the individual — their medical needs, their lifestyle, their preferences, even the small details that bring comfort. Our DBS-checked, Care Certificate-trained carers provide regulated and non-regulated services including personal care, medication support, dementia and Alzheimer's care, respite cover, companionship, and full live-in care.
We are proud to support clients and their families across Richmond, Twickenham, Teddington, Kew, Kingston and Putney, and we work closely with families, GPs, social workers, and discharge teams to make sure every transition into care is smooth and stress-free. Whether you need a few hours of help each week or twenty-four hour live-in support, we are here to deliver care that is reliable, respectful, and truly kind.
Care, after all, should always begin with kindness — and at Kindlio, it always does.
Who We Are
Kindlio Limited is a dedicated domiciliary care agency registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) (Provider ID: 1-18721199106). We are based at the Vista Centre, Hounslow, and serve clients throughout Richmond, Kingston upon Thames, Teddington, Twickenham and surrounding communities.
We specialise in a wide range of non-medical care services, including personal care, companionship, live-in care, respite care, child care, and tailored support for individuals living with physical disabilities, sensory impairments, dementia, Alzheimer's disease, and mental health conditions.
Our Story — Why We Exist
Kindlio was founded on a simple but powerful belief: that receiving care at home, surrounded by familiar faces and cherished memories, produces far better outcomes than institutional settings. Our founders — experienced care professionals — witnessed first-hand the difference that genuinely personalised, relationship-centred care makes to quality of life. That insight drives every care plan we write and every caregiver we train.
The name Kindlio reflects our core conviction: that kindness is not an add-on to professional care — it is the foundation of it. Every interaction we have with clients and their families is guided by warmth, patience, and respect.
Our Mission
To deliver care services that enhance the quality of life for all our clients by prioritising dignity, respect, and independence, while maintaining a compassionate and rigorously professional approach aligned with the Care Act 2014 and CQC's five key standards: Safe, Effective, Caring, Responsive, and Well-Led.
Our Vision
To lead the way in redefining in-home care across South-West London and Surrey — ensuring that every individual we serve receives the highest standard of support and feels valued, respected, and empowered to live life on their own terms.
Our Regulatory Framework
As a CQC-registered provider, Kindlio operates within the legal and regulatory framework established by the Health and Social Care Act 2008, the Care Act 2014, and associated regulations. Our services are designed to meet and exceed the CQC's five key questions:
- Safe — robust safeguarding policies, Enhanced DBS checks for all staff, and rigorous risk assessments.
- Effective — evidence-based care plans reviewed regularly in partnership with clients and families.
- Caring — staff who treat every client with dignity, compassion, and genuine kindness.
- Responsive — flexible care schedules and rapid response to changing needs.
- Well-Led — experienced management, transparent governance, and a culture of continuous improvement.
