CQC-registered personal care for children, adults, and seniors — delivered with skill, sensitivity, and dignity in the comfort of your own home.
At Kindlio, we deliver skilled, dignified, CQC-registered personal care for people of all ages across Richmond, Twickenham, Kew, Barnes, Kingston, Teddington, Hounslow, Hammersmith, and Ealing. Whether you are a parent looking for sensitive support for a child with care needs, an adult managing a long-term condition, or the family of an older relative needing help with washing and dressing, our trained, DBS-checked team is here to help.
Personal care is one of the most personal services we provide — and it is also one of the most important. Done well, it preserves dignity, independence, and self-esteem. Done poorly, it can be distressing and damaging. That is why every Kindlio carer is trained in person-centred care, intimate care awareness, and infection control, and supervised by an experienced registered manager. We never lose sight of the fact that we are guests in your home.
Our inclusive personal care service supports individuals across the age spectrum in Richmond and London:
Personal care covers the essential daily tasks that many of us take for granted. Our trained carers provide skilled, sensitive support with:
Personal care that includes assistance with intimate hygiene or medication is classified as a regulated activity under the Care Quality Commission (CQC), the independent regulator of health and social care in England. Kindlio is a CQC-registered provider (Provider ID: 1-18721199106) and we meet all five inspection domains: safe, effective, caring, responsive, and well-led.
Our care plans are designed and overseen by experienced care managers, who ensure full regulatory compliance and continuous quality improvement at every step. You can verify our registration on the official CQC website.
There is no one-size-fits-all approach to personal care at Kindlio. Each plan reflects the individual:

This routine has helped Mrs. Smith remain safely and confidently at home with full dignity — exactly the outcome her family hoped for.

The questions families most commonly ask about personal care at home with Kindlio.
Personal care at home is professional support with daily living tasks delivered in a person's own home. It includes bathing, showering, dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, toileting, continence care, mobility support, and assistance with medication. When delivered by an agency, it is a CQC-regulated activity in England.
Personal care is for anyone who needs support with daily activities to live safely and comfortably at home — older adults, people with disabilities, children with developmental or physical care needs, individuals recovering from surgery or illness, and adults with long-term conditions.

Yes. All Kindlio carers complete the Care Certificate (15 nationally recognised standards), receive specific training in intimate care, infection control, and moving and handling, and undergo enhanced DBS checks before working with any client.
We work hard to provide continuity. Wherever possible, you will see the same small team of carers each visit, building trust and familiarity. If a regular carer is unavailable, we will introduce another trained team member who is fully briefed on your care plan.
Yes. We provide personal care for children with developmental, physical, or complex care needs in their own homes. All carers working with children are DBS-checked and receive specific safeguarding training, and care is planned in close partnership with parents or guardians.
